Welcome to The Royal St. George's Golf Club's website. The Club has a distinguished golfing history and is proud to have hosted amateur and professional tournaments since the 1880's. The club is one of England's finest links courses, and has played host to The Open Championship fourteen times.
Visitors are greeted with a warm, friendly welcome in the historic clubhouse. For gentlemen, a jacket and tie is mandatory after 11.00 a.m. Ladies are expected to dress appropriately when in the clubhouse so as to complement the dress code applying to gentlemen. Lounge shoes only are permitted in the clubhouse.
A high standard of dress is expected on the course and may include the wearing of tailored golf shorts but, for men, only with long socks with a turnover top.
At Royal St George's our members and visitors enjoy a full range of practice facilities including an open air driving range, pitching area, practice nets and practice putting green with bunkers. The Pro Shop offers a well stocked variety of golf products as well as expert advice and tuition. The undulating fairways and fast, true greens will prove a test to all amateur and professional golfers alike.
Tee times can be requested online by following the link on the right and by contacting the Office directly. The Office is available for enquiries between Monday and Friday, 8am to 4.30pm.
