Visitors are most welcome Monday to Friday (except Public and Bank Holidays). Two-ball golf is the normal format on all days except Tuesday.
All reservations must be confirmed by the Office no less than 48 hours in advance.
On Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, the 1st tee is reserved for Members until 0940 and from 1300 to 1410: the 10th tee can often be used for those requiring earlier starting times.
Visitors are welcome to play 3 and 4-ball golf on Tuesdays from 0800 to 1030 (1000 during Winter Period) and then from 1330 to 1530 (not applicable during Winter Period). There will be no 3 and 4-ball golf permitted in August.
Bookings should also be made through the Office.

Handicap Certificates with a maximum of 18 for men and women, must be presented to the Caddiemaster on the day of play.
Caddies are self employed and may be requested through the Caddiemaster (01304 626931) at least a week before play.
Only wide wheeled trolleys may be used on the course - these can be rented from the Professional. Buggies may only be hired on production of a doctor's certificate and must be booked in advance.

Lunch is available at the Club, either in the Dining Room or Snack Bar between 1200 and 1500 during the summer months (April to October), and between 1200 and 1430 during the winter months.
Those wishing to breakfast should give the Steward, at least 24 hours notice (01304 617308). Dinners for golfing groups of 16 or more can be arranged, but at least a month's notice is required.
